This was a personal project of Jason Morrison's, which he had originally started working on in May of 2004 after Henry County Police Sergeant Jimmy Gilbert was killed in the line of duty. He had put the project on hold and picked it back up at a later date. Unfortunately, the Henry County Police Department had to mourn the loss of another brother, Officer Chuck Haist. This image is dedicated to their service, and the service of all Police Officers worldwide.

The reference photo for this was on the front page of the Henry Neighbor Newspaper (Vol. 26, No. 19, May 13, 2004 Issue).
The original title was "10-7" which is the 10-code for "Out of Service". For those who have attended a Police Officer's funeral, you should be familiar with the "last call over the radio" and officially putting the Officer's number out of service. The title was, however, changed to Final Salute and the American Flag background.
